Applicants must provide a live in-stock data feed (JSON, XML, or CSV/TSV). Must contain in-stock products and update in real-time or regular intervals (hourly recommended).

You must agree to list all products of a particular category (e.g., all ammunition in-stock, not a selective subset or cherry-picked deals).

Standard Sync: Ammo Matrix crawlers refresh merchant feeds every 15 to 60 minutes to ensure pricing accuracy and prevent out-of-stock clicks.

Retailer Termination & Feed Revocation Right: Ammo Matrix reserves the absolute right to suspend, penalize, or immediately terminate any retailer feed, account, or listing at our sole discretion if we detect deceptive pricing, phantom stock/backorder baiting, hidden checkout handling/surcharge traps, scraped rate manipulation, bot blocking, non-compliance with SAAMI/CIP ammo specifications, or repeated customer fulfillment disputes.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any merchant found injecting unannounced shipping surcharges or misrepresenting round counts/calibers will face immediate blacklisting from the matrix with zero refund of active listing subscription fees.
